Terms of Use and Sale
These terms govern your use of the Sunofix website, application, browser tools, audio-processing service, and credit purchases.
Operator and contact
Sunofix is operated by Mihail Vinokurov, a self-employed professional established in Spain. Contact: support@sunofix.app.
Accepting these terms
By creating an account, using the service, or purchasing credits, you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you use Sunofix for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.
Accounts
Account authentication is provided through Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Free promotional credit
New accounts receive one free promotional credit. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money. We may prevent duplicate or abusive promotional-credit claims.
Buying credits
Sunofix sells one-time packages of five credits. A purchase is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. The total price, currency, taxes, and available payment methods are displayed by the payment provider before you confirm the order.
Using credits
One credit normally unlocks processing for one uploaded track, including any retries that the current product flow permits for that upload. Credits are personal to the account and cannot be transferred or resold. A credit balance is not money, stored value, a bank account, or a cash-withdrawal right.
Payments
Payments are completed by Lava.top or Polar. The provider shown at checkout processes the payment and issues the corresponding receipt or invoice. Sunofix does not receive your complete payment-card number.
Refunds
Refund eligibility and the request process are described in the Refund Policy. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider. A refunded five-credit package is removed from the account balance.
Your audio and permissions
You retain your rights in audio you upload. You give Sunofix a limited permission to receive, analyze, process, store, and return the audio only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service.
You may upload only material that you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for copyright, performer, privacy, contractual, and distribution permissions connected with the material.
Service limits
Audio cleanup is technical and partly subjective. Sunofix does not guarantee that every artifact can be removed, that every listener will prefer the result, that a track is a finished master, or that any distributor, platform, label, or rights holder will approve it.
The browser-only spectrogram generator is a diagnostic visualization, not a complete artifact detector. Browser decoding can differ between devices.
Availability and support
We may maintain, update, suspend, or modify the service. If a paid operation fails, contact support@sunofix.app. We will use reasonable evidence from the job, credit ledger, and payment provider to restore the service, correct the balance, or apply the Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
Sunofix software, visual design, branding, and original website content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Sunofix technology or branding to you.
Third-party trademarks
Suno and Udio are trademarks of their respective owners. Sunofix is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Suno or Udio.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights concerning non-conforming digital services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections available under the law that applies to you.
Changes
We may update these terms when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the published version. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
